What it is.

A magical management game where strategy and sorcery decide who rules the realm.

Awaken as a mage and bend the eight elemental essences to your will. Channel them across a hand-drawn world of cities and islands, transmute and fuse them into rarer forms, and grow an empire of magic at your own pace.

Shape your power through a sprawling Talent Constellation - invest points, respec freely, and specialise in production, alchemy or war. Then take your mastery online: duel other mages, raid their territories, and climb the global leaderboard.

Your progress is saved to the cloud and follows you across devices. Playable in English, French and Spanish, free to play with optional rewarded ads.

Overview

Essryn: The Mage's Path is developed by DrFly Game Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game handles. Essryn uses an account so your progress can be saved to the cloud, sync across devices and appear on leaderboards.

Data we collect

Account. Your email address, used to create and secure your account.
Game progress. Your save data (essences, cities, talents, territories) stored in the cloud.
Public profile. Your chosen mage name, level and stats, shown on leaderboards and to friends.
Advertising & diagnostics. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may process device identifiers and usage data; we also collect anonymous crash and performance data.

How We Use Data

To save and restore your progress across devices.
To manage your account and provide support.
To display leaderboards and social features (friends, duels).
To show ads that keep the game free and to improve stability.

Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. AdMob may process advertising identifiers under Google's own privacy policy. Where required (e.g. in the EEA/UK), you will be asked for consent and may choose non-personalized ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

Hosting & Cloud Save

Account and save data are securely hosted through Supabase. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and used only to operate the game.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our technical providers (hosting and advertising) to the extent strictly necessary to run the game.

Children's privacy

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Deleting your account in-game (Settings → Delete account) permanently erases your cloud save. You can also manage ad choices through your device's privacy controls.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
